Can Oxen Civil handle the full build, not just the site work?
Yes, for residential and commercial projects where it makes sense to carry the scope from raw dirt through construction under one bond. Tell us the project on the site walk and we'll scope what we self-perform versus coordinate.
Do you work as a general contractor or a subcontractor?
Both, depending on the project. We self-perform sitework as a sub for other GCs, and lead projects directly when the client wants one point of contact from dirt to done.
How do you price a combined site-work-and-construction project?
