How the trades fit together, and where our scope starts and stops.
Can you take the whole site, or only one trade?
Either. Most owners hand us the full stack, clearing through paving, under one contract, because that's where the schedule risk disappears. If you only need grading, or only drainage, we'll price that on its own.
Do you work on residential and commercial jobs?
Both. Single lots and driveways through commercial pads, subdivision streets, and mid-size civil infrastructure. The process is the same either way: site walk, written quote, scheduled crew.
Do you handle permits and stormwater compliance?
Yes. Virginia's Stormwater Management Program (VSMP) and local erosion-and-sediment-control requirements are part of the job, not paperwork we leave with you.
How soon can you be on site?
Usually within five business days of an accepted quote. Emergency drainage after a storm jumps to the front of the line.
What does a “pad-ready handoff” actually mean?
Grade verified to your engineered tolerance, utilities in and located, drainage functioning, and the handoff documented in writing and signed off by your superintendent, so your vertical trades start without a punch list of ours.
